Status beginning February 8th

We have received and reviewed current data from the Department of Public Health and based upon the continued improvement of the numbers, all Tift County schools will return to GREEN status beginning Monday, February 8th.

South Health District COVID-19 Weekly Summary 1/28/2021

After reviewing current numbers from the Department of Public health and conversations with health officials, we will remain on YELLOW status through Friday, February 5th. We will continue to evaluate the situation in order to make future decisions. #4theT #ProtectTheT

Status for February 1st - 5th

Status for January 25th - 29th

After careful consideration and conversations with the Department of Public Health, the decision has been made to remain on YELLOW status through Friday, January 29th. We will continue to evaluate the situation in order to make future decisions. #4theT #ProtectTheT

Status for January 18th - 22nd

After careful consideration and conversations with both DPH and Tift Regional Medical Center, the decision has been made to remain on YELLOW status through January 22nd. Although Monday is a holiday, in an effort to avoid any confusion, students will follow the normal Blue/White rotation schedule. We will evaluate the numbers again next week to make a decision for the following week. #4theT #ProtectTheT
